The publication of ZERO HARM Worker Involvement - the missing piece!  is central to the Worker Involvement Programme. It identifies how worker involvement fits into the development of health and safety management systems. While it sets out a framework for effectively managing worker involvement, it also identifies a large range of practical mesures aimed at enhancing the existing arrangements in any organisation.


As well as providing core materials for training sessions, the book provides readers with an authoritative guide on improving the effectiveness of worker involvement. This leads to improved health, safety and business performance.

Worker Involvement Website

This website provides support to the Worker Involvement initiative. As well as providing general information, the publication of Special Reports provides detailed reviews on key issues relevant to worker involvement. Regularly updated BRYSON Consulting aims to have the website as a 'resource' for all enquiries regarding worker involvement in health and safety by the end of 2011.


Promotional Campaigns

To assist organisations raise the profile of worker involvement with the workforce, BRYSON Consulting has developed a range of promotional materials. These include mugs, pens, key rings and other items, all carrying the Worker Involvement logo. The use of such materials can assist organisations promote the value of worker involvement and underpin any initiatives they run.
